Delicious! I mixed in grated cheddar in with the meat since I was cooking on a panini grill. I used Japanese togarashi instead of Tabasco. Also, I didn't make the onions. Served with challah buns and sweet potato fries. Everyone kept saying, "Wow, these are really good."

I made the guinness burgers one evening and my husband and I loved them! The guiness really adds so much flavor - it makes the meat nice and tender! I served them with tasty sweet potatoe fries and a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar. To top it off - we drank the leftover beer with our burgers. Nice quick recipe, and so much better than the "regular" burger for a Friday night! Tasty!
